Two highly detailed Central Asia/Silk Road maps by Bellin from Prevost d'Exiles' influential collection of travel narratives, Histoire Generale des Voyages.The upper map (Carte de Karazm) focusses on the Caspian and Aral Seas, encompassing parts of present day Russia, Azerbaijan, Iran, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan. The second map (Petite Bukharie) encompasses part of what is now China's Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region and the western Kunlun Mountains. Please check our homepage for currently available maps.
