Also issued as part of the Ottens's monumental six-sheet map depicting the West Indian theater of the War of Jenkin's Ear (1739–1742), this very scarce and superbly detailed separate publication focuses on peninsular Florida (and southern Georgia), Cuba, the Bahamas, Turks and Caicos, and nothern Hispaniola with its debouquements (navigational channels). Other features include the routes of Spanish treasure galleons and inset plans of three key port cities: St. Augustine, Havana, and Santo Domingo. A well preserved exemplar with beautifully applied old color.
