Isole Antili, La Cuba, La Spagnuola Descritta

The scarce and wonderfully detailed West Indies map from Coronelli's Corso Geografico Universale. Centered on Hispaniola, the map extends from the southern tip of Florida and the "Canale di Bahama" to Tobago and Trinidad. A note adjacent to the Bahamas identifies the island of Guanahani, where Columbus first landed in the New World and which he renamed San Salvador.
