A splendid view of the imperial palace in Petropolis, Brazil's "Imperial City" and today a popular summer holiday spot near Rio. Based on a photograph by French photographer Victor Frond and engraved by Ciceri, the view is one of the magnificent lithographs in the rare Brasil Pittoresco album by C. Ribeyrolles, published in Paris by Lemercier. Item Number: RS2565
