A highly detailed street plan of 1889 Kingston, with "Burnt Area in Red." Includes a brief history and description of the city and a population chart listing the "white, coloured, and black" populations of the city "according to census of 1881." Bound in a volume (missing its cover) entitled "Correspondence Relating to the Resignation by Sir. A. Swettenham of his Office as Governor of Jamaica.
